Description
Leading leadership development practitioners have argued that the most effective programs for developing leaders are those that are strategically directed toward developing a multi-generation cadre of talent to address the emerging, and increasingly more perplexing and prevalent business challenges. But where should organizations begin and how should they proceed in their efforts to build their next generation of leaders? This workshop will explore the proven and experienced-based methods that can be used by organizations of all sizes to begin to develop their leader talent pool. Practical tools, programs and case studies that demonstrate the ways in which major organizations aligned their leadership development programs with their business strategy will be emphasized. |
