Upward of seventy percent of reported change initiatives in organizations today result in failure. This program will provide an overview of the four phases for organizational change and discuss proven steps that are critical to each phase to increase the likelihood of a successful change effort.

  Michael Callanan

  Michael Callanan, former Executive Director of the NJATC/Electrical Training Alliance, has over 30 years experience in the electrical construction industry. In addition, Mr. Callanan holds Master’s Degrees in Political Science from Villanova University and in Executive Leadership from Georgetown University. Mr. Callanan is currently a candidate for his Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning in the George Washington University Executive Leadership Program in Washington D.C.
