Examining the ALLIANCE’s Core Curriculum and Hybrid Program

Session Type: Convention, Management Workshop

Available Dates & Times

Description

As the electrical construction industry becomes more complex, it is difficult for any one individual to be trained for all of the different technologies and work which might be required for projects which NECA Contractors must complete to remain competitive. This program will discuss Core Curriculum, which is used to target apprentice training to meet local market needs for NECA Contractors, and Hybrid Apprenticeship, which provides a pathway to provide meaningful training for organized workers who do not qualify as journey level workers.
