Description
The regulatory efforts and administrative agency decisions of today’s administration can have a huge effect on the rights and obligations of an electrical contractor. This program will cover current topics, and red flags to be aware of, including non-traditional NLRB initiatives, new guidance on gender stereotypes, and the impact of court decisions involving gay marriage. The discussion of these issues will show the interplay between federal workplace laws and collective bargaining obligations to enable you to avoid problems early and to best position your company. |
